Hotel Rakurakuan - Kyoto

Located within walking distance of the main train station, the hotel's spacious rooms were loaded with complimentary amenities. the room's comfortable beds, toothbrushes, hairbrushes, and shavers proved useful. the bathroom was fabulous and came with high-quality soaps and shampoos. the hotel staff provided exceptional service and was always eager to assist.

The hotel's location was not super convenient.

The staff here is exceptional, providing amazing service, and the restaurant is conveniently located within walking distance.

The hotel is traditional, the location is marvellous, the stuff at the venue are loyal. Appreciated being within walking distance of Gojo subway station. Besides, free Wi Fi in all rooms was a bonus: )

We spent the new year holidays in this hotel and it was, for the most part, a pleasant experience. the neighborhood was peaceful, and there were some nice little shops and restaurants nearby. the room was quite big, with comfortable beds and all necessary amenities included. the hotel was also conveniently located, with easy access to public transportation and key tourist spots.

For starters, the room wasn't very soundproof, and we could hear noise from the street and other rooms.

Had an amazing Christmas vacation at a very cosy and stylish hotel that exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious and equipped with every little thing you may ever need during your stay. The bathroom was super clean and had high-quality soaps and shampoos. The location was perfect as it was off the main road but still conveniently located near restaurants and shops. The highlight was the exceptional service of the staff, making us feel welcomed and at home. Plus, the fancy toilet added a special touch of luxury to our stay.

That the hotel was not super convenient in terms of location to public transportation. However, we rented bicycles and the 30-minute walk to the nightlife areas was cut down to a third of the time.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money and how spacious the rooms were, especially for Japan. The hotel was also conveniently located off the main road, making it easy to explore the city. Moreover, the staff at this hotel were incredibly accommodating and friendly, ensuring that my stay was pleasant from start to finish.

I couldn't find any faults at all with this hotel - everything was simply perfect!
